1. Using LiliTapTap
LiliTapTap is a playful learning app for children ages 3–9. It may be used for personal, non-commercial learning and play. Please use a child nickname rather than a full name.
2. Grown-up controls
A parent or caregiver is responsible for setting up the app, supervising use as appropriate, and managing daily play limits, certificates, and subscriptions. The Grown-ups area and subscription choices are behind a changing parental gate designed to deter children.
3. Lili’s Learning Cards
Lili’s Learning Cards provide short, playful facts from fixed app content on the device. They do not use artificial intelligence, a cloud service, the internet, chat, or microphone recording. They are not a replacement for a teacher, doctor, therapist, emergency service, legal professional, or other qualified adult.
4. App content and respectful use
The stories, games, sounds, illustrations, design, and software in LiliTapTap are provided for the app experience. Please do not copy, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app or its services.
5. Purchases
Optional subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Charges, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Apple’s applicable terms and App Store settings.
6. Availability and changes
We may improve, update, pause, or remove parts of LiliTapTap. We aim to make the app reliable and safe, but cannot guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.
7. These terms
By using LiliTapTap, the parent or caregiver agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. For questions, contact the app publisher through the LiliTapTap App Store listing.
